OVERCURRENT PROTECTIVE CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To suppress the distortion of an output waveform by issuing self return signal for being turned into a driven state through an interrupted state, on the basis of PWM type input signal, according to two or more driving circuits including an interrupted driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a driving circuit DR1 is set in an interrupted state while the input of the PWM input signal of a large pulse width to PWM input Uin is provided, then the input of the PWM input signal of other phase is provided before the input of following pulse to the PWM input Uin is provided. Then, reference signals VR, WR come to a level 'H', and the input to a logical sum logic OR1 is provided. The output of the logical sum OR1 comes to the level 'H' through the signal coming to the level 'H... earlier among the reference signals VR, WR, and a latch circuit LA1 is reset. As a result, output Q comes to a level 'L', and a switching element Q7 is turned non-conductive, and the driving circuit DR1 is reset in a normal driven state.
