Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make unburned ash burn completely by catching and burning unburned carbon that flies during waste tyres are burning by a radiation transformation body that is provided at the outlet of a combustion furnace and at the same time catching small particles that can not be caught completely by a hopper and pouring their unburned ash again into the combustion furnace. CONSTITUTION:Waste tyres and other combustibles 11 on the fire grate 2 of a fire furnace 1 burn by the combustion air 12, and the combustion gas is conveyed with the unburned ash 13 to radiation transformation bodies 3 of high temperature which are provided at the upper section of a boiler furnace. The radiation transformation body is made of a rough surface material and catches the unburned gas and at the same time secures a gas passage which is arranged zigzag. As the radiation transformation bodies are at high temperature, the unburned ash that was caught burns partially by itself and becomes small particles and is carried to a group 4 of boiler tubes. The unburned ash 14 of small particle drops into a hopper 5 which is provided below the group 4 of boiler tube and the ash 14 is accumulated there because of the reduced flow rate of the gas at the outlet of the group 4 of boiler tub. The unburned ash that is accumulated in the hopper 5 contains a large proportion of unburned material. This unburned portion is poured again into the fire furnace 1 through an education 6 and nozzle 7 for its complete combustion.
