Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To deliver refrigerant smoothly and to prevent trouble such as liquid compression by making a delivery hole communicated with a communication hole through the inner wall in the central section and arranging a check valve at the communication hole. CONSTITUTION:The tooth in the central section 7a of a fixed scroll 7 is made thick, and a hole 26 communicated with a delivery chamber 17 is made in the central section 7a. A delivery hole 27 communicated with the communication hole 26 is made through the inner wall in the central section 7a and a leaf spring type check valve 28 is arranged at the communication hole 26. Since the delivery hole 27 is not enlarged on the surface of a scroll end board 6, a pair of compression spaces are communicated simultaneously with the delivery hole 27 with good balance. Furthermore, counterflow of refrigerant is blocked and trouble such as liquid compression is prevented.
