Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enhance the horizontal accuracy in executing a floor panel by placing the floor panel on a panel receipt material, which is detained at the inner side-face of a foundation with an anchor bolt embedded in the foundation. CONSTITUTION:The upper part of an anchor bolt 2 to be embedded in a founda tion 1 is folded at right angles, and the upper threaded portion 21 is protruded horizontally at the inner side-face. Then a floor panel receipt member 3 is put alongside the inner side-face of this foundation 1 and detained with the anchor bolt 2. Floor panel 4 is placed on this panel receipt member 3. Thereby the horizontal accuracy in execution of floor panel 4 is free from influence of the top surface finishing accuracy of the foundation 1.
