Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to N-substituted imidazoles of the general formula I in which R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a saturated or unsaturated straight-chain or branched hydrocarbon radical, a cyclic hydrocarbon radical, a cycloalkylalkyl radical or an arylalkyl radical, and R2 represents a substituted straight-chain or branched saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon radical, an optionally derivatised formyl group, an optionally substituted alkanoyl group, an optionally substituted benzoyl group or an optionally derivatised carboxyl group and the compounds in the form of their salts, processes for their preparation, and their use in medicaments. The compounds according to the invention have aromatase-inhibiting properties.
