Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the cream solder which is not deteriorated with lapse of time by mixing a flux which is solid at room temp. and is fluid at the temp. higher than room temp. and powder solder while the flux is in a fluid state. CONSTITUTION:The flux components consisting of colophonium, stearic acid, paraffin, and diethanol amine HBr are melted in a hot bath kept at a prescribed temp. and while the flux is fluid, the flux is mixed with the powder solder. Since no solvents are used at all with this thermally fluid cream solder, the solder is not deteriorated with lapse of time and since the solder securely fixes the electronic parts mounted on a printed circuit board, there is no need for taking care for handling the printed circuit board and the fluid state of a low viscosity is obtd.
