Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To realize complete combustion so as to decrease smell of exhaust gas of the fuel by giving a big flowing resistance to work oil and giving a big load to the engine which is directly connected to the hydraulic pump when the engine is cold, throttling flowing path of work oil shifting to pipe line. CONSTITUTION:When an engine 1 is driven, a hydraulic pump 2 which is directly connected to the engine absorbs work oil from a work oil tank 5 and discharges to the same transfer valve 6. At this time, when the engine 1 is cold, a transfer valve 6 is operated by a lever 11, and the flowing path of work oil is shifted from the main pipe line routing a control valve 3 and a hydraulic actuator 4 to a throttling pipe line routing an orifice 7. Further the flowing path is throttled by the orifice 7, a big flowing resistance is given to the work oil and a big load is given to the hydraulic pump 2 and the engine 1. Combustion temperature of the engine 1 thus increases and complete combustion of the fuel is realized and smelly and harmful material in exhaust gas is decreased.
