Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To eliminate an electrically short-circuiting trouble, caused by infiltration of water, by charging a void part between a case calking part and a sheath mold part of a solenoid coil with an applied plastic seal agent. CONSTITUTION:A void part, generated between a sheath mold 10 stored in a case 2 and its opening calking part 2a, is filled with applying plastic seal agent 22. Since the plastic agent 22, applied to this void part, uses a material of the same quality also to the sheath mold 10, the plastic seal agent, when it is hardened via applying and charging processes, is integrally formed with the sheath mold 10. Accordingly, no deterioration is generated with an excellent seal quality even by repetition of cooling and heating and/or by long period use, and water of salt water or the like is surely prevented from infiltrating from between the case opening calking part 2a and the sheath mold 10.
