Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To form a slightly soluble coating film and to improve durability of concrete structure by coating the surface of basic concrete with an acidic solution comprising a secondary phosphate, etc. and a polymer compound containing a bond such as Si-O in the molecule and reacting. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution of phosphoric acid or a secondary phosphate of Ca, Mg, Ba, Zn, Mn or Al is prepared. An aqueous solution of a polymer compound containing Si-O, Ti-O or Al-O in the molecule is prepared. Then an acidic aqueous inorganic coating compound composition consisting essentially of the aqueous solution of the secondary phosphate and the polymer compound is prepared. The composition is reacted with basic concrete by applying the composition to the surface of concrete to form a slightly water-soluble protecting film of polymer.
