Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To compactly construct whole of the title device, by constructing of transmitting driving force generated in engine to pre-treating part through a driven transvers guttering pulley, pre-treatment taking out pulley, counter inputting pulley and counter outputting pulley. CONSTITUTION:Driving force generated in an engine 4 is transmitted to a driving transvers guttering pulley 75 installed in a counter case 59, further transmitted to a driven transvers guttering pulley 26 installed in a mission case 19 through an infinitely variable gear 25. Then, the rotation of the driven transvers guttering pulley 26 is transmitted to interlocking pre-treatment taking out pulley 27, thus the rotation of the pre-treatment taking out pulley 27 is transmitted to a counter inputting pulley 71 installed in a counter case 59 through 1st belt 93. Next, the rotation of the counter inputting pulley 71 is transmitted to a counter outputting pulley 67 and the rotation of the counter outputting pulley 67 is transmitted to a pre-treating part 7 through 2nd belt 96, thus the pre- treating part 7 is driven.
