ULTRASONIC WASHER

PURPOSE:To simplify feed and discharge of washing liquid and to eliminate the need for regulation of vibration transferring liquid by exposing and providing a diaphragm on the upper face of a main body and providing a soft vibration transfer member to the bottom part of a vessel placed on the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:Washing liquid 15 such as water is fed to a vessel 2 and simultaneously fed to a water-holding part 4 and a vibrator 6 is oscillated by turning on a switch 10 and a diaphragm 3 is vibrated by high frequency. Vibration of the diaphragm 3 is transferred to the washing liquid 15 in the vessel 2 via water of the water-holding port 4 and the materials to be washed in the vessel 2 are washed by cavitation caused by vibration of the washing liquid 5. By such a constitution, the vessel 2 is separated from a main body 1 and carried and therefore feed and discharge of the washing liquid 15 of the vessel 2 can be easily performed. Further since the water-holding member 4 is provided to the vessel 2, it is not necessary that vibration transferring water is conventionally introduced into the main body 1 and the need for troublesome water level controlling operation can be eliminated.
