Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent a breaking owing to the temperature variation of the external circumstance by pouring a photo-hardening resin to a clearance between a panel substrate and a rear side substrate of a membranous EL panel through a pouring hole arranged to the rear side substrate, hardening it, and then sealing the pouring hole. CONSTITUTION:Numerous transparent electrodes 2 are arranged parallel in a belt-form on a glass substrate 1, and after the first dielectric layer 3, an EL luminous layer 4, and the second dielectric layer 5 are formed in this order on the transparent electrodes 2, rear side electrodes 6 are formed on the dielectric layer 5. Then, a rear side substrate 8 with a pouring hole 9 is stuck to the glass substrate 1 and the transparent electrodes 2 through an epoxy type resin 10. After that, a pouring pipe is inserted to the pouring hole 9, and the panel is arranged together with a container containing a liquid photo-hardening epoxy type resin 7 in a vacuum drier, and after the evacuation, the pressure in the drier is restored to the atmospheric pressure, and the resin is poured to the panel through the pouring hole 9. After the resin is poured, ultraviolet rays are radiated to harden the resin. Finally, a glass piece 11 is attached to cover the pouring hole 9 with the epoxy resin. By such a constitution, a breaking owing to the temperature variation in the external circumstance can be prevented.
