Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable low-cost use even in a very cold area by circulating a heat medium with a thermosyphon, and heating a liquefied gas with the heat medium. CONSTITUTION:A heat medium 14 within a heater 16 is heated with a heater 17 to pass a tube 7, heat-exchanged with a liquid-gas heater 8 to be cooled, and circulated to the heater 16 by a thermosyphon action. The gas in the periphery of the operation rod 4 of an isolation part 1 is liquefied since an ambient temperature is low, flows and accumulates in a liquefied-gas reservoir 6, flows into a liquid-gas heating tube 8 via a valb 10, is heated by the medium 14 flowing the pipe surrounding the tube 8, gasified and ascends via the valb 10, and heats the periphery of the rod 4. The gas heated is liquefied again by an external heat radiation, and accumulated in the reservoir 6 by the thermosyphon action. This enables low-cost and satisfactory heating without the need of a forced driven pump, etc.
