Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To reduce a load concentrated to the lower part of support steel construction, by a method wherein a stabilizing part to constrain a displacement in a load in a horizontal direction is mounted between the boiler wall of the lower end part of a boiler body and a base mat. CONSTITUTION:A pit 11 is bored in a base mat 3 and an underlaying ground 4, and a boiler body is mounted in a manner that the lower end part of a boiler body 2 is contained in the pit 11. A stabilizing part 12 is located between the boiler body 2 and the base mat 3. The stabilizing part 12 is formed such that a frame section d13 securely making outer contact with a boiler wall is loosely engaged internally of a frame section b14 securely making inner contact with a side wall 11a of the square pit 11. Since an earthquake load exerted on the lower part of the boiler body 2 is exerted directly on the side wall 11a of the pit 11 through the stabilizing part 12, an earthquake load supported by support steel construction 1 is reduced by approximate 30%. |
