CONSTITUTION:The prescribed number of revolution is given to a motor for the uncoiler 4 winding the strip 1 and the circumferential speed of the uncoiler 4 is detected with a sensor 9. This signal is transmitted to motors M', M'' for a hearth rolls 2 through the circuit 11 as voltage corresponding to the circumferential speed through an amplifier 10. By this method, the circumferential speed, for the uncoiler 4, hearth rolls 2 and drawing machine 8 are made to coincidence. Therefore, bad condition, such as the slack of the strip 1 in a continuous annealing furnace 3, the scratching caused by friction force is eliminated.
