By this method, the circumferential speed, for the uncoiler 4, hearth rolls 2 and drawing machine 8 are made to coincidence. Therefore, bad condition, such as the slack of the strip 1 in a continuous annealing furnace 3, the scratching caused by friction force is eliminated. |
