Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To eliminate slack of a strip and to prevent the development of scatching fault by detecting circumferential speed of the strip being out of an uncoiler and arranging circuit for inputting this signal in driving parts of shifting means and drawing machine. CONSTITUTION:The prescribed number of revolution is given to a motor for the uncoiler 4 winding the strip 1 and the circumferential speed of the uncoiler 4 is detected with a sensor 9. This signal is transmitted to motors M', M'' for a hearth rolls 2 through the circuit 11 as voltage corresponding to the circumferential speed through an amplifier 10. By this method, the circumferential speed, for the uncoiler 4, hearth rolls 2 and drawing machine 8 are made to coincidence. Therefore, bad condition, such as the slack of the strip 1 in a continuous annealing furnace 3, the scratching caused by friction force is eliminated.
