PREPARATION OF STRIPE-LIKE PLASTER

PURPOSE:To provide a plaster alternately and parallelly having oily adhesive layers and aqueous adhesive layers containing no small air bubble by inserting a support sheet parallelly having oily adhesive layers in a parallel belt state between compressing rolls to compressively fill an aqueous adhesive in space portions between the belt-like adhesive layers. CONSTITUTION:Parallel belt-like oily adhesive layers 7 (e.g., natural rubber, synthetic rubber or polyacrylic acid ester) containing a plurality of medical component are formed on a support sheet 5 (e.g., non-woven fabric, cotton fabric, Japanese paper or synthetic resin film) by compressing with calender rolls or coating by a hot melt coating method. The prepared sheet and a release sheet are inserted from one side and the other side, respectively, between compressing rolls 1 and 2 to adhere to each other and an aqueous adhesive 8 is simultaneously supplied to the contacting portion of the rolls 1 and 2 from a feeder 4 to compressively fill the aqueous adhesive in space portions between the oily adhesive layers 7 on the support 5, followed by winding up as a plaster sheet on a roll 3. Thereby, the above-mentioned method permits to prevent small air bubbles from entering the aqueous adhesive layers.
