CONSTITUTION:A vertical hole 13 capable of inserting an IC lead 12 is formed at the center of the bottom of an inversed cone 11 consisting of a conductor, and plural slits 14 are made in the longitudinal direction along the vertical hole 13 to make a chuck 15 which has flexibility. Accordingly, because it contacts with the IC lead such that the chuck 15 surrounds it, contact area can be widened. Also, by providing an projection 17 of an acute angle on the inside wall part of the chuck 15, the projection 17 of the acute angle can break through the insulator on the surface even in the case that it tends to be poor contact due to oil or insulating things such as naturally oxidized film, etc., adhered to the surface of the IC lead. Hereby, it can contact with the conductor inside the lead surely and durability can be improved.
