Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To intend to make an integral structure of a heat insulating material and a reinforcing material to improve the strength and heat insulating properties thereof, by filling the bottom end between the inner face of the through-hole of heat insulating material and a forming and reinforcing material by a liquid composition of synthetic resin upwards through a space provided via a rigid plate member. CONSTITUTION:Under the bottom face of a heat insulating material 1 a rigid plate member 3 is disposed with a small interval from said bottom face via a spacer and a form 6 is fixed so as to cover the side face of said material and member. Then, a forming and reinforcing material 4 is put into a through-hole 5 of said heat insulating material in such a way that the bottom end of said material reaches said rigid plate member. A bung hole 7 for liquid composition of synthetic resin is provided in the middle portion of said rigid plate member. Then, the liquid composition of synthetic resin is put through a injection pipe 8 connected to the bung hole to first fill a space (a) between the bottom face of the heat insulating material and the rigid plate member and then the space (b) between a formed reinforcing material and the inner face of the through-hole upwards with discharging the air from said space and the space (b) is perfectly filled with the liquid composition which is hardened. In such a manner, the occurrence of failures such as air void, crack and scorch is completely eliminated. Further, one time of manufacturing process allows an integral structure to be formed.
