Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To moderate the generation of heat stress in the case of feeding liquid having rapidly changed in temperature at the water feeding piping or the like of a boiling water type atomic reactor, by providing in an insertion state a thermal sleeve at the inner surface of a safe end connected with a low temperature side single pipe portion. CONSTITUTION:When a water feeding single pipe portion 4 which is to be on a low temperature side is connected with a nozzle 2 through a safe end 3, an engagement hole 7 is formed at the inner perimeter surface of the safe end 3. The base portion of a thermal sleeve 5 is combined with this engagement hole 7 in an insertion state. By doing this way, even in the case of the change of temperature having occurred, there is no occurrence of mutual interference between the safe end 3 and the thermal sleeve 5, as they conduct heat displacement such as shrinkage in the state of mutual independence, and the generation of heat stress is reduced.
