Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a preparation composition high in content of active ingredient, having sustained release, readily applicable, by housing a percutaneously absorbable plant essence in a thermoplastic polymer bag through which the essence is permeable and which is provided with an ointment bondable to skin. CONSTITUTION: A plant essence is mixed with a carrier selected from a polyethylene glycol, a polypropylene glycol and a silicone oil. The mixture is housed in a bag of a thermoplastic polymer (e.g. a polyolefin, a polyamide or a polycarbonate) or cellulose through which the plant essence is permeable. The bag is provided with an ointment bondable to skin to give the objective preparation composition. A peppermint oil, a rosemary oil, a medicinal salvia oil, a juniper oil, an essence of senna leaf, an essence of alder native to Europe, an essence of root of rhubarb, a melilot oil, a tung oil, etc., may be cited as the plant essence.
