RAIL INTERVAL ADJUSTING DEVICE FOR PARTS INSTALLING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the titled device by disposing a fixed rail and a movable rail at a drive table to move reciprocatingly by the drive of a motor, and adjusting the interval between the movable rail and the fixed rail by motion of the drive table. CONSTITUTION:A rail interval adjusting device 10 is provided at a drive table 5 movable forward and backward through a setting table 11 fixed at the drive table 5. A fixed rail 12 is fixed at the setting table 11, and a movable rail 13 is put energized to get apart from the fixed rail 12 by a tension spring 19. The movable rail 13 is made movable forward and backward by a slide mechanism 15, while it can be positioned at a predetermined position by means of a clamper 18. If a cylinder 20 is moved up to move the drive table 5 backward, the movable rail 13 is applied to a cylinder rod 21, when the movable rail 13 is moved against the spring 19 to the side of the fixed rail 12 by back motion of the drive table. After the interval is adjusted, it is fixed by clamping by the clamper 18.
