Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To effectively and economically produce nonferrous metal by vibrating a cathode for depositing nonferrous metal in an electrolyte during deposition to surely separate useless bubbles generated on the cathode surface. CONSTITUTION:The cathode 2 consisting of Ti is clamped by a clamping part 5 of a supporting rod 4, the V-shaped part 8 of the rod 4 is coupled with the corresponding V-shaped receiving part 7 of a vibrator 6, and the cathode 2 is dipped in a manganese sulfate soln. A DC power source 11 and the couple of right and left vibrators 6 are respectively started. As a result, the manganese ion in a manganese sulfate soln. is deposited on the cathode 2, and hydrogen is generated during the deposition. The vibration of the vibrator 6 is simultaneously transmitted to the cathode 2 through the rod 4, hence the cathode 2 is constantly vibrated in the electrolyte, and the hydrogen generated on the surface of the cathode 2 is surely separated from the cathode surface by the vibration. Accordingly, high-density manganese is deposited on the cathode 2 without occluding bubbles, and high-purity manganese is obtained.
