Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To suppress the leakage current of a circuit by connecting a moving contact to a gate terminal of a MOS field effect transistor FET, and switching and moving a moving contact of the input side contact in the timing delayed by a prescribed time after the output side contact is opened. CONSTITUTION:A moving contact 7a of the input side contact 7 is connected to a gate terminal G of a FET 6, a 1st contact 7b is connected to the electromotive force generating element array 5 and the 2nd contact 7c is connected to a source terminal S of the FET 6, respectively, and the contacts are thrown by a relay coil 3. The output contact 8 is closed in a timing delayed by a prescribed time the moving contact 7a is thrown from the contact 7b to the contact 7c. Moreover, the moving contact 7a is thrown from the contact 7b to the contact 7c in a timing with a prescribed time after the output contact 8 is closed. Since the MOSFET is employed and no triac element is in use, the disadvantage of the circuit such as flowing of a leakage current is prevented.
