Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To stably carry out gas-liquid contact treatment with high efficiency over a long period by fixing a gas supply pipe on the back of an agitating rod, and fixing a negative-pressure zone stabilizing plate extending in the direction opposite to the rotating direction of the rod on the upper face of the rod. CONSTITUTION:The agitating rod 1 is fixed to the lower end of a hollow rotating shaft 3, and the gas supply pipe 2 for supplying a gas to be negative-pressure zone generated on the back of the rod 1 by its rotation is provided. The gas supply pipe 2 is fixed on the back of the rod 1, and the negative-pressure zone stabilizing plate 13 extending in the direction opposite to the rotating direction of the rod 1 is fixed on the upper face of the rod 1. A cavity as the negative- pressure zone is smoothly formed behind the rod 1 by the plate 13, and hence the supplied gas is dispersed in a slurry. By this method, gas-liquid contact treatment can be stably carried out with high efficiency over a long period.
