FUNCTION SELECTING AND CONTROLLING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To improve the productivity and quality of software by defining data indicating a function module name to be executed under a prescribed condition at the time of constructing a system in a control table. CONSTITUTION:Respective modules are executed by defining control data in the 1st control table 1 to execute control between pictures. On the other hand, the control data of respective function modules relating to intra-picture transition are defined in the 2nd and 3rd control tables 9, 10 and a picture I/O control part 4 reads out the control data in accordance with the I/O of data and controls respective function modules to easily control the contents of the picture. Since respective function modules are previously linked and system execution procedure can be changed only by changing the definition of the control table, specifications or the like can be easily changed after linking the function modules. Consequently, the productivity and quality of the software in system construction can be improved.
