Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To discharge vapors from a hydraulic circuit to an oil tank at every parking and remove the vapors early by connecting the oil tank with the oil discharge passage of the operation valve of a negative parking brake connected to the same hydraulic pump as for the charge oil circuit of a hydraulic continuously variable transmission for driving. CONSTITUTION:An engine E is connected to a driving mission 8 via a driving hydraulic continuously variable transmission device 7. Due to the driving of a hydraulic pump P1 for the continuously variable transmission device 7 with the engine E, oil drawn from an oil tank T via an oil intake passage 9 flows through a charge oil passage 10 and is delivered to the connection oil passage of a hydraulic pump P2 for the continuously variable transmission device 7 and a hydraulic motor M. In this case, a transmission cylinder C2 and the operation valve V2 of a negative parking brake B are connected to the hydraulic pump P1 via the charge oil passage 10. Also, the oil discharge passage 15 of a charge pressure setting relief valve 12 for the charge oil passage 10 is connected to the oil intake passage 5. In addition, the oil discharge passage 20 of the operation valve V2 is connected to the oil tank T.
