Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To continuously obtain the alloy wire rod difficult to work at low cost by heating and sintering the high alloy powder fed to the ceramic made heating zone in slightly larger diameter than the wire diameter of an obtaining wire rod at the temp. less than the m.p. and drawing it after its gradual cooling up to the specified temp. CONSTITUTION:A high alloy powder 2 is fed to a ceramics tube 3 in slightly larger diameter than the wire diameter of an obtaining wire rod via an electromagnetic vibrator 4 from a hopper 1. The powder 2 fed into the ceramics tube 3 is heated at the temp. of less than the melting point by a heater 5 and sintered. The sintered power 2 is gradually cooled up to 600-800 deg.C cooling zone by a cooler 6. This sintered stock is drawn by a pinch roll 7 and wound on a drum via an idle roll group 10. The high alloy wire rod difficult to work having difficult diameter reducing can thus be manufactured inexpensively and in high quality.
