Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To easily form a steel tubular concrete column having high stability by a method in which a steel tube having a collar on its bottom is set in a deep hole, concrete is packed into the steel tube, the steel tube is embedded, and beams are set to the exposed steel tube while excavating the ground. CONSTITUTION:A steel tube 4 having a collar 6 on its bottom is set a given distance apart from the bottom of a deep hole 7 into the hole 7 in the ground G. Concrete 5 is packed through a tremie tube 9 into the tube 4 to form a concrete base 1 on the lower part of the hole 7, and the hole 7 is backfilled with soil. While excavating the ground G, a beam 3 is set on a given place of the exposed column 2 in the ground G. The column 2 buried in the base 1 can thus be easily formed and the stability against horizontal moment of the column 2 can also be raised because the collar 6 is fixed with concrete 5.
