BLANKING DEVICE FOR FILM STOCK

PURPOSE:To accurately blank film stock in a prescribed shape by gripping a band shaped film stock tightly extended between a supply roll and a take-up one with a pair of gripping plates, blanking it with a 1st blanking means, moving the gripping plates in the direction rectangular to the feed direction and blanking it with a 2nd blanking means. CONSTITUTION:The film stock H tightly extended between the supply roll 11 and the take-up one 12 is gripped by a pair of gripping plates 16, 17. Then, when the opening 30 of the gripping plate 16 is fitted to a center blanking die 22 and a pressure attachment 20 is pushed down by an air cylinder 28, a 1st blanking member 25 is fitted to the die 22 and the film stock H is blanked out in a square shape. Then, the pressure attachment 20 is returned to the initial position, a supporting plate 33 is pushed up by an cylinder 34 and the opening 30 of the gripping plate 16 is removed from the center die 22. A mobile table 35 is moved by an air cylinder 37 in the direction rectangular the feed direction of the film stock H and toward the upper direction of the outside blanking die 23 of the film stock H gripped between the gripping plates 16, 17. Thereafter, the air cylinder 28 is operated again and a 2nd blanking member 27 is fitted to the outside die 23 to blank out the film stock H in a frame.
