Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a stable rotary torque by circumferentially inclining commutator segments at a predetermined skew angle. CONSTITUTION:Commutator segments 4a-4d are planely of parallelogram shape, and bent in a circular arc shape. The segments 4a-4d are so disposed circumferentially at an equal interval as to maintain insulating states therebetween to be integrally molded with synthetic resin 6. The segments 4a-4d are inclined at a predetermined skew angle theta with respect to a line parallel to the axis of a rotor shaft 5. Accordingly, even if brushes 15 are slightly displaced at its set position at the time of conduction switching of exciting coil 2, the period of time in contact with the segments 4a, 4b or 4c, 4d is lengthened. As a result, they do not become non-excitation at the time of switching of the coil 2, and a conventional rotary torque drop does not occur. Thus, a stable rotary torque can be obtained. |
