Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To give fishes an electrical stimulation to the extent of taking a avoiding action without any damages to intercept the migration of fishes certainly by specifying the product of an electric field strength of an electric screen and the length of intercepted fishes in case of the speed of running water being 0.1 to 1m/sec. in the direction of an entry prohibited area. CONSTITUTION:Two electrode rows 1a and 1b set up in parallel in the water being an entry prohibited area are formed so as to equally pace the respective bar conductive electrodes 2a, 2b, and an electric screen 5 having a specified field strength is formed between both electrode rows 1a, 1b. Then, in case that the speed of running water is 0.1 to 1m/sec in the direction of the entry prohibited area, the product of an electric field strength of the electric screen 5 and the length of intercepted fishes in set to be 1 or more to 2.5 or less. Thus, the fish bodies are given with an electrical stimulation to the extent of taking a avoiding action without any damages for certainly intercepting migration.
