FLUID SEPARATION TUBE

PURPOSE:To easily carry out rolling up a reinforcing material to form a FRP layer utilizing the film envelope rolling process by extending the length of a sheet material for a permeating side passageway and impregnating the extended part of the sheet with a resin to form a pressure-resistant FRP layer. CONSTITUTION:One end of a sheet support 1 for permeating side passageway made of a plastic woven cloth, etc., is bound to a permeating side passageway tube having pores, a part 1a from the end to the mid of the sheet support 1 is sandwiched with films 3 and sealed with a sealing resin 4 to form a envelope 3. Being attached to a sheet support for a raw liquid passing, the part 1a from the end to the mid of the sheet support 1 with the envelope 30 is rolled up, and a part 1b from the mid to the other end of the sheet support 1 is rolled up while impregnated with a curable resin. The end terminal is temporarily sealed with a contacting material curable at high speed so as to fix the rolled body until the impregnated resin is cured. Thus, another process of rolling up a fiber material to form a FRP layer is not needed.
