Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To shorten adjusting time, by changing the opening degree of a gas valve for stabilizing burning for every height of a burner, seeking the maximum value of an S/N ratio, and setting the values of the height of the burner and the opening degree of the valve. CONSTITUTION:A blank sample is continuously supplied into a burner. A burner height Z is set at the lowest position Zo, and the opening degree of a valve Va is set at the minimum value. An average absorbance B is stored in a measuring RAM. Then, the opening degree of the valve Va is made to become the maximum value Vam. Then, the burner height is made highest. A sample is introduced. The burner position is returned to Zo again, and the valve Va is returned to Vo. An average absorbance T and the changing width N of the absorbance are measured. The results are stored in the RAM. Then, the same procedure for the blank sample is performed. S/N=(T-S)/N when the opening degree of a gas valve for stabilizing burning is computed for every height position of the burner. The burner height and the opening degree of the valve Va when the computed result becomes the maximum value are made to be the set values. |
