Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To correct various error factors at the same time and to measure specific heat capacity, heat diffusivity, heat conductivity, etc., at the same time when necessary by irradiating one surface of a flat plate type sample with heat radiation instantaneously. CONSTITUTION:A thin heat ray 2 is projected in the center of one surface of a discoid sample 1 instantaneously, and thermocouple contacts 3, 3... are stuck on one circumference on the other surface which centers on the heat ray to measure the mean temperature rise curve on the circumference or the temperature curve at the center point of an annular incident part. Then one or two heat constants are set to proper values and substituted in the logical expression of the temperature curve to find the curve. Then a set heat constant is adjusted so that the temperature curve coincides with the measured temperature curve, and the heat constant set value when both curves coincide with each other is regarded as a required measured value. Consequently, various error factors are corrected at the same time and the specific heat capacity, heat diffusivity, etc., are measured at the same time as necessary.
