EAR BINDER OF VESSEL

PURPOSE:To adhere rapidly bond ears securely and uniformly to the vessel bodies, by providing a heater to heat the adhesive part of respective ears during synchronized transfer thereof, while being transferred, in synchronization with the movement of vessel transfer part belonging to one group and also with that of the following group after a quick return movement. CONSTITUTION:A heater 210 is forwarded substantially to the same direction and at the same speed as the vessel 5B to heat the adhesive part of respective ears 5C, being synchronized with the movement of the vessel 5B of one group at the time of turning a cum 214. And the heater 210 is returned quickly after forward movement to a required position and forwarded again under synchronizing with the movement of the vessel 5B of the subsequent group. After the adhesive parts of the respective ears 5C with the vessel body have been finally heated by the respective heaters 210 under the condition that a pressing member 205 is forwarded to approach the ear 5C to the vessel body by a cylinder device 207, the pressing member 205 is immediately forwarded to the pressing position by the cylinder device 207 and all the ears 5C within this group are pressed simultaneously at the vessel body to complete a parallele-piped 5C.
