Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for transmitting an electric power and a controlling signal with a conductor and to make a connection part as small as possible by providing a reception part for receiving the controlling signal, a battery for driving a motor and a control circuit which controls to drive the motor in response to the controlling signal received in the reception part in an attachment. CONSTITUTION:The reception part 19 for receiving the controlling signal which propagates in the air, such as a luminous signal, an ultrasonic signal and a radio wave signal, the battery 14 for driving the motor 11 and the control circuit 15 which controls to drive the motor 11 in response to the controlling signal received in the reception part 19 are provided in the attachment 2 of a fiberscope which is used for the inspection of the inside of a pipe. Therefore, the controlling signal propagates in the air to be received in the reception part 19 of the attachment in a state where the attachment 2 is attached. In response to the controlling signal received in the reception part 19, the control circuit 15 performs required controlling action, so that the motor 11 is driven with the electric power of the battery 14 and a mirror 12 for viewing from a side is rotated. Thus, it is unnecessary to provide a connector in the connection part and the connection part where the attachment is connected can be constituted to small in diameter.
