Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To burn objects evenly and efficiently by providing a packed bed of granular microwave absorber on the bottom plate of an incinerator and by feeding objects of incineration simultaneously with their heating by microwave radiation and their stirring with a stirrer in the packed bed. CONSTITUTION:Objects of incineration is brought by a feeder 4 onto a bed of granular microwave absorber which has been heated to a high temperature by microwave radiation emitted through a microwave inlet nozzle 3 and which is being stirring by the stirring blades 8' of a stirrer 7 driven by a motor M installed under the incinerator; thinly covered with the heated granular microwave absorber, the objects of incineration are heated quickly to a high temperature and burned by virtue of air supplied simultaneously and evenly through the bed of granular microwave absorber from a number of air feeding pads 9 provided on the bottom plate 5 of the incinerator. The exhaust gas produced by the combustion in the incinerator 1 is led into a secondary combustion furnace 21 through an incinerator exhaust gas outlet nozzle 2 and through holes opened in the bottom of the secondary combustion furnace and burned up completely by oxidation. |
