BULKY MATERIAL CRUSHER

PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of clogging by providing a lower crushing roller with protruding crushing blades and attaching a covering member of hard synthetic resin between the crushing blades. CONSTITUTION:Bulky materials are coarsely jaw-crushed by paired upper crushing rollers 2, 3 in parallel position, and are further crushed to a smaller size by collaboration with lower crushing rollers 4 positioned below the upper crushing rollers. At that time, protruding crushing blades 17 are provided on the lower crushing rollers 4 and a covering member 30 of hard synthetic resin (e.g. urethane) is attached to the areas between the crushing blades 17. Consequently, crushed materials finding their way into the areas between the crushing blades 17 slip. This results in the falling of crushed materials without being accumulated and in the subsequent prevention of clogging.
