BURNER

PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance work as well as prevent the generation of going out, by ejecting mixed gas circulating by way of a gas passage, and burning said mixed gas. CONSTITUTION:Mixed gas supplied from a supply nozzle 11 of a burner device 1 is converted from dynamic pressure to static pressure in a windbox 12 and is supplied to a swirler member 15 by way of a communication hole 13. The mixed gas is supplied into a space in the radial direction of a plurality of swirler impellers marked with Arrow A1. From this space is discharged the mixed gas in the radial direction marked with Arrow A2 through each impeller 16. Since the mixed gas flows along the configuration of the curved swirler impellers 16, it is swirled further to rise and continuously swirl, moving through a second gas passage 29. Then, the mixed gas is ignited by source fire by a pilot burner 31 or the like installed to a fitting hole 30 and the flames are generated, and discharged upward from the upper part of the second gas passage 29. It is, therefore, possible to produce a favorable mixed status between air and gas and to realize high efficient combustion.
