Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the exchange efficiency of document data by removing data, which are to be out of the object of data processing, from the document data and sending the document data when the data to be out of the object of the data processing are added to the created document data. CONSTITUTION:The title system has a first means to create and edit the document data and a second means to execute the data processing to the document data. A document converting means removes the data to be out of the object of the data processing from the document data and sends the document data to the second means when the data, which are to be out of the object of the data processing for the second means, are added to the document data created by the first means. Thus, the efficiency of exchanging document information between a work station and a host computer can be improved.
