As a result, the transistor 32 becomes ON, and even if the abnormality detecting switch becomes OFF, an alarm sound is not generated. That is, a crime prevention mode with going- out permission is set. In such a way, since the crime prevention mode and the crime prevention mode with going-out permission are set selectively at every ON-operation of the set switch 52, one set switch will suffice, and the cost is reduced. Also, the operation is simplified and the operability is improved.
