SECURITY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce cost and to improve operability by providing a set switch and a means for setting selectively a crime prevention mode and a crime prevention mode with going-out permission in accordance with the number of times of operation of said set switch. CONSTITUTION:When a set switch 52 is brought to ON-operation once, a transistor 32 becomes OFF, a series circuit of abnormality detecting switches 1a, 1b,...1n in becomes effective, and a crime prevention mode is set. When the set switch 52 is brought to ON-operation again, an output of a timer circuit 45 becomes logic '1' only for a prescribed time. As a result, the transistor 32 becomes ON, and even if the abnormality detecting switch becomes OFF, an alarm sound is not generated. That is, a crime prevention mode with going- out permission is set. In such a way, since the crime prevention mode and the crime prevention mode with going-out permission are set selectively at every ON-operation of the set switch 52, one set switch will suffice, and the cost is reduced. Also, the operation is simplified and the operability is improved.
