COIL-WINDING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To contrive stabilization in shape and dimensional accuracy of the title coil-winding device by a method wherein a coil strand is pressed by a side face pressing roller and an upper face pressing roller, and the molding operation is conducted both in radial direction and in vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:When a table 2 is pivotally moved by a coil winding driving part 1, a coil strand 4 is wound around a winding core 3. The side face pressing roller 10 located at the tip part of the first arm 9, which received the rotating force in the direction of winding core from a press-driving device 8, is contacted to the side face of the outermost coil strand, and the coil strand is pressed in the center direction of the winding core. Also, the upper surface press roller 14 is positioned so that the outermost coil strand 4 can be passed through, and when the coil strand 4 is going to jump up, the upper surface press roller 14 presses in the direction of the table 2. As above-mentioned, the coil is finished while the molding in radial direction and vertical direction is being conducted. As a result, the shape and the size of the finished coil can be stabilized in a precise manner.
