Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a reliable handle attachment structure which can withstand the usage for years and the hard usage by interpolating a heat insulating foam between the handle stem and the frame, and fixedly attaching a fixing member provided for the handle stem to the fastening hardware for the door outer panel. CONSTITUTION:The stem 6a of the handle 6 is attached to a cutout 7 in the front face of the door outer panel 2 such that it is positioned in the heat insulating foam 5. In order to fasten the handle 6 to the door outer panel 2, the door outer panel 2 is inserted into a groove 6b in the handle 6, and the fixing member 6c formed in the rear of the handle stem 6a is engaged with the fastening hardware 8 fixedly attached to the corner of the door panel 2 which is relatively strong. This way, the force applied to the handle can be absorbed by the bonding strength of the heat insulating foam, and the strength of the handle can be improved by the fixing member and the fastening hardware.
