Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a magnet material having a crystal texture in which the magnetizable axis of secondarily recrystallized grains is aligned in the rolling direction by a method in which small amounts of Al and N are added to an Fe-Cr-Co alloy, and the alloy is cold-rolled and annealed at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION:A molten alloy composed of Fe as the main component, 20- 31wt% Cr, and 6-24wt% Co is mixed with 0.05-20wt% Al and 0.003-0.2wt% N and then cast. The cast ingot is then cold-rolled into a given plate form. The alloy plate thus obtained is annealed at a high temperature above 1,000 deg.C to form secondarily recrystallized grains having (110)[001] direction in the rolling direction. In this method, the addition of N is performed during the preparation of molten alloy or the melting of the alloy prior to the annealing process. Thus, an anisotropic magnet material having a high magnetic characteristic can be obtained. |
