Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To make it possible to utilize a high thermal efficiency without any losses of the same by a method wherein the title system is constituted so that a raw material within an internal cylinder can be gasified while being agitated and transferred by a combustion rake connected to the tip of a raw material stoker, and can be subjected to primary combustion, and the remaining combustion gas can be subjected to secondary combustion, and further a raw material carrier, a hot water boiler, a burner and the like are controllably constructed. CONSTITUTION:The title system is constituted so that a raw material 'f' is gasified while being agitated and transferred by a combustion rake 406 which is connected to a raw material stoker 405 and then the material thus gasified can be almost completely burnt by primary combustion. The system is further constituted so that after the substantially complete combustion of the raw material 'f' by means of the combustion rake 406, the remaining combustion gas is burnt by secondary combustion, and simultaneously the remaining raw material 'f' is completely burnt to be incinerated and discharged out of a flame port. A hot water boiler 3 and a burner 4 are both constructed so as to be controllable by a control section, and when the hot water boiler 3 receives a signal released out of the control section, a hot-water temperature, the volume of hot water supply, the volume of intake water such as water and hot water at a low temperature, and the like are suitably controlled. Furthermore, when the burner 4 receives said signal, the combustion degree of the raw material 'f', the feeding rate of combustion air and the feeding strength of the same, the charge amount of the raw material, and the like are suitably controlled. |
