Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate the attachment of a unit to a mother board by forming a ripple voltage detecting part for detecting a ripple voltage of a power source line, and using an output part for outputting an abnormality signal when abnormality is detected by the detecting part concerned, as a unit. CONSTITUTION:When a ripple voltage detecting unit 11 formed by containing a ripple voltage detecting part, an abnormality display lamp and an output part is attached to a mother board 1, its ripple voltage detecting part and a DC power source in a DC power source unit 3 are connected automatically with a connector 2f, and a ripple voltage can always be measured. When the ripple voltage is abnormal, an abnormality signal is transmitted to a CPU unit 4 through a bus line 10 from the output part, that kind of fault it is can be decided by a program in the CPU unit 4, and also, the abnormality signal is sent to an external display means and abnormality is displayed.
