Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain the title material enhanced in signal line noise reduction effect per weight, by calcination with reduction at specified temperatures of a mixture of Ti compound and Fe compound or a compound containing both Ti and Fe followed by quenching to produce a semiconducting substance which is then put to calcination with reduction again. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of 10-90wt.% of a Ti compound (e.g., TiO2) and 90-10wt.% of a Fe compound (e.g., Fe2O3) or a compound of both Ti and Fe (e.g., ilmenite) is rapidly melted at temperatures higher than those at which these materials melt, and quenched to produce a semiconducting substance. Thence, this substance is ground and, if needed, incorporated with an antioxidant a semiconductor-making agent etc. followed by calcination with reduction again. |
