Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent a metallizing pattern from expansively deforming along the surface of a green sheet during lamination pressing in order to keep a predetermined dimension thereof, by a method wherein a pattern corresponding to the negative of a wiring metallizing pattern which is formed on the green sheet is printed by using ceramic paste, and the thickness of the ceramic paste posterior to printing is made substantially equal to the thickness of the metallizing paste. CONSTITUTION:A metallizing paste 2 is printed on a green sheet 1 to form a metallizing pattern. Next, a pattern corresponding to the negative of the metallizing pattern is printed by using a ceramic paste 3. At this time, the viscosity of the ceramic paste 3 is previously regulated by an organic solvent or the like so that the thickness of the metallizing paste 2 is substantially equal to that of the ceramic paste 3. In such a manner, an inner pattern is formed, and by using a film 4 in which a polyester film is coated with a parting compound, a lamination pressing is performed. At this time, since the ceramic paste serves as a dam, the expansive deformation of the metallizing paste can be limited by the ceramic paste. As a result, during lamination pressing the expansive deformation of the metallizing paste can be effectively reduced.
